At Luxe Lane, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, our return and refund policy ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Returns:
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process:
1. Submit a Request: Email us to receive a return authorization.
2. Return Shipping: Once authorized, you'll receive instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Processing Time: Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your item. Once approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Luxe Lane error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges:
Unfortunately we DO NOT accept any form of exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We'll be happy to offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
